Have you ever said.....

"I can't take this anymore!" I have many times. At my most intense moment of stress I have uttered the words that even further solidified my belief of not being able to "handle life". But, looking at this phrase I discovered something that changed me forever. The phrase says..."I can't...." The deal is, I CAN'T! But, He can. I have two scriptures below that I think may help with this, these words certainly helped me discover that....I try so hard to handle life on my own...but I am much better off when I hand it over to Him! The Creator, my Creator, my "Life Manager". Bless you today as you continue to sow seeds into your future!

And He said unto me, "My grace is sufficent for thee, for My strenth is
made perfect in weakness." Most gladly therefore will I glory rather in my
infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
2 Corinthians 12:9

He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defense; Psalm 62:2a

Being With Him....

Oh God You are my God, Early I will seek You, My soul thirsts for You, my flesh longeth for You, in a dry and thirsty land where there is no water.
Psalm 63:1
"Though we cannot be always thinking of God, we may be always employed in His service. There must be intervals of our communion with Him, but there must be not intermission of our attachment to Him." -borrowed from Tommy Tenney's "Mary's Prayers & Martha's Recipies"
Don't let the book title scare you, I promise it's not a book about Women in ministry..lol. It's a book about not only being intimate with God but learning how to make time and have time for God. In our busy life, we often forget, He is there, sitting right beside us, waiting for us to talk with Him, worship Him and love Him. Today....don't forget He is close.
Love you! Liz

Fruit

But the fruit of the Spirit is Love, Joy, Peace, Longsuffering, Gentleness, Goodness, Faith, Meekness, Temperance: Against such there is no such law.
Galations 5:22-23
As you head back into classes, remember to think about your "fruit" In the middle of your busy and hectic schedule. Think about this scripture and apply it to your life and goals.
Bless you!
